REGIONAL FUND FOR CINEMA AND AUDIOVISUAL 2021
METHOD AND CRITERIA FOR THE GRANTING OF GRANTS FOR FILM AND AUDIOVISUAL PRODUCTION
The new Public Notice has been published – Attachment A “Procedures and criteria for granting grants for film and audiovisual production” – annuity 2020/21 with which the Lazio region holds with 9 million euros in the cinema and audiovisual sector.
Beneficiaries
The grant application can only be submitted by the following subjects:
a) individual or family businesses that operate, exclusively or prevalently, the production activity
of audiovisual works;
b) partnerships or corporations which, among the activities that constitute the corporate purpose, exercise, exclusively or prevalently, the production of audiovisual works.
Admissibility requirements of the works
Grants are awarded for audiovisual works, including film ones:
a) recognized as a "cultural product", on the basis of the cultural eligibility test referred to in paragraph 7;
b) made in whole or in part on the territory of the Lazio Region;
c) whose shooting started after 01 January 2019 and are completed by 31 December 2020;
d) presented in a total number not exceeding 4 from the same manufacturing company;
e) minimum overall cost, for single work, equal to € 30.000,00 (thirty thousand / 00)
