Conceived and organized by the film company Other Stories, who with his division Other Laboratory Stories, entirely devoted to experimental and innovative research projects, it gives way in collaboration with the Sicily Region and the City of Terrasini.

The Sicilia Film Fest wants to make Sicily a new and challenging point of contact, but especially starting, between the public and the cinema, always mirror the complexity and beauty of this multi-ethnic and meeting ground between cultures. Already for the next edition of 2020, In fact, the festival will expand their horizons, also involving the coastal town of Cefalu, for the 2021, the island of Ustica. A project that aims each year to add a stopover, to expand each edition with the aim of enlightening, as the lighthouse film, before the coasts of the Mediterranean and then the shores of the oceans and seas of the largest in the world, like many spotlight is on the routes of a film path of inclusion and sharing.
