The jury 2025 It is made up of Solmaz Khorsand (journalist and author, AT), Catherine the Goff (Art, FR) e Claudia Müller (director, FROM).
The delivery ceremony of the Franz Grabner Prize will take place on Saturday 29 March at 11.30 at the Diagonal Forum (Heimatsaal in the ethnographic museum of Graz) and will be supported by the Federal Ministry for Art, culture, Public Service and Sport, dal television fund Austria, from the film Commission Graz and Dak.at. The opening speech will be held by the writer Esther Kinsky.
The Franz Grabner Prize will be presented in a ceremony on Thursday, from the AAFP, from film Austria, from the ORF and the Diagonale in memory of the ORF journalist Franz Grabner (1955 – 2015). The prize is awarded to a director who has distinguished himself for the responsible and credible use of his means of communication in an ethical and moral sense. The prize is destined to support Austrian documentaries and documentaries for cinema and television on cultural themes, social, politicians or historians. These must criticize relevant topics for the company in a critical way.
